TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS: 

  • Reservations/bookings can be made a minimum of 2 hours prior to the requested pick-up time. 
  • On-demand service is subject to availability, at the time of request. 
  • Package Reservations and Sprinter Reservations must be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. 


DEPOSITS, RETAINERS & PAYMENTS: 

  • All deposits, where and when applicable, are fully refundable (exceptions apply, see “cancellation” below). 
  • “Wine Country” and ALL Sprinter reservations will require an additional, refundable $500 retainer, less cost for any damages incurred during the contracted time period. Additional fees may apply depending on the extent of damages and consequent repair(s). 
  • For your first ride with us, payment is due at the conclusion of your trip. 
  • VIP Account Members are billed for trips. 
  • Hourly bookings and packages that go beyond the reserved time will be charged at a premium rate. 

 

PICK-UP & DROP-OFF: 

  • Origination and Termination points are required prior to start of trip. 
  • Reserved pick-up(s) include specific wait periods for your arrival.  (*Please see Standby / Wait Time below) 
  • All additional wait time will be charged $1.667/minute 

 

ADDITIONAL FEES: 

  • Point 2 Point Trips under 15 miles will be charged a "MINIMUM TRIP FEE" equal to our 15 mile rate for the first and last trip that booking.  
  • ADDITIONAL TRIPS <15 miles are defined as Point 2 Point trips occurring on the same day, under the same booking and having respective origination and destination points (ie. Trip 1: Point A to Point B, Trip 2: Point B to Point C, etc). These are considered separate trips and will be discounted 20%
  • STANDBY/WAIT FEE SERVICE: Clients NOT booking hourly, but requesting "Standby Service" for driver to be on site and waiting, will be charged $25 per 15 minutes, or $1.667/minute. 
  • ON-CALL SERVICE: is defined as desiring a pick-up again later at a non-booked, unscheduled or undetermined time, and allowing a minimum of 30 minutes for pick-up after driver is called/texted. This ensures you will have one of our drivers available to you when you call/text. This is $25 per trip fee. On Call Service must be requested/decided on prior to your trip to avoid additional fees.
  • WEEKEND NIGHTS ARE BILLED HOURLY: Clients requesting P2P service on Weekend evening/nights (Fri-Sun 4pm-6am) will be charged a 2 hour minimum trip fee at their requested vehicle's Weekend Hourly Rate for each trip requested. 
  • TRIP CHANGE FEE: Clients requesting changes to their reservation (pick-up time, location, trips, stops) may be charged up to $100 per request due to potentially necessary vehicle and Driver changes, and/or taking a Driver/vehicle "Off the Market" for other scheduled rides.
  • Clients requesting Airport Transport, Point 2 Point, or Hourly Transport Service outside of our Business Operating Area will be charged our "OUTSIDE OPERATING AREA" fare for those miles, plus the regular metered fare for miles inside our operating area.
  • CLEANING FEE: We want you to enjoy your ride with us! We just ask that you be respectful of our drivers and vehicles. Smoke, Vomit, or any destruction/damage to our vehicles will result in a $200 cleaning fee + damages for SUVs and a $300 cleaning fee + damages for Sprinters.



INCLUDED "STANDBY/WAIT" GRACE PERIODS: 

  • AIRPORT PICK-UP TRIPS: are granted a 30 minute “Standby/Wait” grace period. 
  • For Domestic travel with checked luggage our suggested pick up time is between 30 – 45 minutes after your flight is scheduled to land.
  • If travelling Internationally with checked luggage, our suggested pick up time is at least 1 hour after your flight is scheduled to land.
  • If you would like to adjust the times we suggest, please make that at the time of trip confirmation. 
  • We request your Flight information so we can track your flight and make pick up time adjustments as needed to avoid further fees.  However, we are not responsible for delays due to customs, or other unforeseen Airline or Airport delays. 
  • Additional Standby/Wait time is charged $1.667 / minute thereafter. 
  • POINT 2 POINT TRIPS: are granted a 10 minute “Standby/Wait” grace period. Additional Standby/Wait time is charged $1.667 / minute thereafter. 
  • ADDITIONAL STOPS: are defined as a 10 minute stop before your destination.  A $10 fee will be applied per stop, along with the additional mileage.  Complimentary 10 minutes "Standby/Wait" time.  All additional wait time will be charged $1.667/minute

  • New to us?  Get our First Time Ride Discount! 
     

WHAT IS A VIP ACCOUNT??? 

  • You can start your "VIP Account" simply by keeping a credit card on file with us! 
     

Then, by choosing an ongoing form of payment (as listed below) VIP Clients receive discounted rates. 

  • VIP Members paying exclusively via Zelle (reservation@therideatl.com) or Cash will receive a 10% discount. 
  • VIP Members paying exclusively via Cash App ($TheRideAtl) or Venmo (@therideatl) will receive a 7.5% discount. 
  • VIP Members paying exclusively via the Credit Card on file will receive a 5% discount. 

VIP MEMBER REFERRAL DISCOUNTS 

  • If you prefer to pay via Credit Card, Venmo or Cash App, you can still get up to 10% discount by referring others who become VIP Members!  Ask us for details. 
     

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

  • Cancellations must be submitted to: reservation@therideatl.com, or texted to: 404-594-2667 a minimum of 24 hours prior to scheduled reservation, for a full refund.  You must receive a reply confirming your cancellation for your booking to be considered cancelled. 
  • Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours prior to reserved pick up time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 

 

SMOKING POLICY: 

Absolutely no smoking is allowed 

in any of our vehicles. 

 

ALL TERMS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE
