These terms apply to transportation services booked with The Ride ATL, LLC ("The Ride ATL," "we," "us") and to use of www.therideatl.com and our text messaging program. By booking a ride or opting in to texts, you agree to them.
Reservations
- Service is by reservation. A reservation is confirmed once we send a quote and you accept it.
- Point-to-point and on-demand requests are subject to availability.
- Hourly ("as directed") charters have a 4-hour minimum.
- Pricing depends on vehicle, distance, time and any extra stops or wait time, and is confirmed in your quote.
Cancellations, changes and wait time
Cancellation windows, wait-time allowances and any related charges are stated in your quote and confirmation. For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust for delays.
Passenger conduct and safety
- Passengers are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by their party.
- Smoking, vaping and illegal substances are not allowed in our vehicles.
- Our chauffeurs may end service if a passenger's behavior puts safety at risk.
- Child safety seats are provided on request and must be arranged in advance.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events beyond our control, or for personal items left in a vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to return them.
SMS / text messaging terms
Program: The Ride ATL text messages from (404) 594-2667. Informational messages include quotes, booking confirmations, chauffeur arrival and pickup notices, trip updates and customer care replies. Promotional messages (VIP offers, seasonal packages) are sent only to customers who separately opted in to them.
How to opt in: check the consent box in our Text Message Program sign-up. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency: message frequency varies based on your reservations.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Help: reply HELP, or contact (404) 594-2667 or reservation@therideatl.com.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out and no further messages unless you opt in again.
Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
